◎产品由精选特殊粒径的矿砂,在电炉加热方式下膨化,通过对温度和原料滞空时间的精确控制,使产品表面溶融,气孔封闭、呈不规则球状颗粒、内部多孔空腔结构、表面玻化封闭、光泽平滑、理化性能十分稳定新型保温材料。
It is made by selected specific particle size ore to be expanded by heating in furnace. And the precise control of time temperature and raw material stayed in air makes product surface melting,stomatal closure,irregular spherical,internal structure to be porous cavity,surface vitrified closed,glossy smooth.And it is new insulation materials with very stable physical and chemical properties.

Insulation Mortar Aggregate:adopt one-component thermal insulation dry mixed mortar of VBM as lightweight aggregate (insulation type, masonry type, wiping face),through a large number of engineering applications,not only wall insulation in line with relevant national building’s energy-saving standards, and:
(1)单组份保温型干混砂浆保证了产品品质的稳室性；
One-component dry mixed insulation mortar ensure the product stability;
(2)产品粘结强度高，早期强度提高快；
High bond strength,forepart strength increased rapidly;
(3)克服了普通膨胀珍珠岩吸水性大，易粉化，在料浆搅拌中体积收缩率大等现象,同时又弥补了聚苯颗粒有机材料易燃，防火性能差,高温产生有害气体和耐老化耐候性，施工中反弹性大等缺陷；
